Home Inspection

We know that buying a home, especially for first time buyers, can be very stressful.   It’s a huge investment, and therefore, is probably one of the largest purchases you will ever make.  There are lots of questions and lots of concerns.

We have nearly 20 years in the Home Inspection Industry.

Because we have thousands of home inspections under our belts and decades of construction experience and knowledge in both new construction, we have the unique experience and know-how to provide a truly objective evaluation of your new home.

We will take you step by step through the whole inspection process, explain how everything in your home works and how to maintain it.

A home inspection is the visual inspection of major components of readily accessible areas such as inspection of foundation, structure, roof, decks and of the primary systems such as the electrical system, plumbing system and the HVAC systems.

Our inspections begin with the exterior of the home. After checking the exterior, siding, grading, foundation walls, roof, chimney(s), driveway, deck, etc. we'll move inside.

Once inside, we'll examine the visible portions of the structure, including walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will also be evaluated and of course, the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, laundry and any other interior rooms will  receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawlspace.
